LEMON BAKED CHICKEN 
A - 1/3 c. oil
B - Chicken
C - Juice or 1 lemon
D - 3 tbsp. honey
E - 3 tbsp. oil
F - 1 tsp. paprika
G - Dash pepper
H - 1 1/2 tsp. salt
I - 3/4 c. flour

Cut B into 8 to 10 pieces. Mix with F, G, H thoroughly. Let stand 1/2 hour. Place I in paper bag, shake B in bag until well coated. Mix C, D, E. Line cookie sheet with foil. Spread A over floured B. Place B skin down on foil. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake B 1/2 hour. Turn B over, pour C-E mixture over B and bake 20 to 30 minutes, until done. During the last 10 minutes spoon C-E over pieces as they bake.
