HOT ARTICHOKE DIP | |
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained & cut up 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained & cut up 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies 2 c. grated med. Cheddar cheese, divided 6 tbsp. mayonnaise Cut artichokes into bite-size (small pieces). Add chilies and 1 cup cheese; blend well. Spoon into shallow casserole dish. Spread mayonnaise on top and remaining 1 cup cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes until bubbly. Serve hot with tortilla chips. |
