LIME FLAVORED RICE 
1 c. uncooked regular rice
1/2 c. minced fresh parsley
1/4 c. minced green onions
Grated rind of 1 lime

Cook rice using no salt in water. Remove from heat and add all other ingredients. Transfer to a serving dish and serve. Yields 6 servings. (117 calories per 1/2 cup serving).
