FRUIT COCKTAIL BARS 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (1 lb. 1 oz.) can fruit cocktail, do not drain
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. nuts

GLAZE:

3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy and add the fruit cocktail, flour, soda, salt, and vanilla in order given. Pour into a large greased and floured pan, 11 x 17 inch. Sprinkle coconut and nuts over top and bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. While hot, drizzle with glaze. Combine glaze ingredients and boil for 2 minutes and drizzle over bars.
