FRUIT COCKTAIL BARS 
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. & 2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 lg. can fruit cocktail (semi-drained)

Mix all together and put in 9 x 13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cut small as bars or large with Cool Whip on top as dessert.
