FRUIT COCKTAIL BARS | |
2 eggs 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, juice included 2 1/4 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla Mix and spread on a greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with coconut and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Spread with glaze. GLAZE: 3/4 c. sugar 1 cube butter 1/4 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla Bring to a boil and boil 2 minutes. Spread on bars. |
