STUFFED MANICOTTI 
2 1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef
2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. oregano
2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
24-30 manicotti shells
2 lg. jars Paul Newman's spaghetti sauce
2 lg. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Mix RAW ground beef with cottage cheese and seasonings. Stuff into RAW shells. Put into pan, sprayed with Pam. Don't crowd the pan. Pour spaghetti sauce over the shells and refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and bake for another 1/2 hour.
