DROP DOUGHNUTS 
6 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 c. shortening, melted

Sift together flour and baking powder, add salt and sugar. Mix milk, eggs and shortening, blend well. Add dry ingredients and stir lightly. Drop by level scoops into heated oil (365), fry until golden brown. Roll or shake warm drained doughnuts into mixture of 1 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Enjoy.
