TWICE BAKED POTATOES 
4 baking potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Bake potatoes, cut in half, scoop out center. Add sour cream, salt and pepper. Beat until smooth, then put back into peeling. Put strips of cheese on top and cook on High in microwave for about 4 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
