HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Serves 4.

2 lbs. cut up chicken
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can sliced pineapple
1/3 c. Heinz 57 Sauce
2 tbsp. honey

Place chicken in baking dish (12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches). Season with salt and pepper. Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, drain pineapple, reserve 2 tablespoons liquid. Combine reserved liquid, sauce and honey and pour over chicken. Bake an additional 25 minutes, basting occasionally. Arrange pineapple over chicken and bake 10 minutes longer.

Drain excess fat from sauce. Serve chicken and spoon sauce over it and rice, if desired.
