2 c. crushed strawberries
4 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
1 box Sure Jel

Stir strawberries and sugar in a large bowl. Let stand 20 to 30 minutes. Bring water and Sure Jel to a boil and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add strawberry mixture and stir three minutes. Pour into freezer containers. Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours. Then freeze. Makes 3 pints.
