DATE NUT PUDDING 
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
1 lb. dates, cut up
1/4 lb. walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Whipped cream

Boil water, add sugar, salt and flour. Boil until thick. Add dates, cook 2-3 minutes. Add walnuts and vanilla. Cool. Serve with whipped cream.
