SQUASH 
2 c. summer squash, cooked
1/2 bag stuffing mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 onion, chopped, fry until tender

Combine squash, soup, onion, and stuffing mix. Pour into a large casserole dish. Pour remaining stuffing mix on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
