1 box vanilla wafers
1 (16 oz.) shredded coconut
1 (16 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 box (4 3/4 oz.) vanilla pudding mix
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 can (5 1/4 oz.) pineapple rings
1 sm. (6 oz.) jar cherries

Mix pudding as directed on box. Put layer of cookies on the bottom, layer of pudding, layer of pineapple and layer of coconut. Repeat until all ingredients are gone. Top with pineapple rings with cherries in the middle of rings.
