3 1/2 c. sugar
1 pt. water
2 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 tbsp. instant coffee
1/5th of 100 Proof vodka or grain alcohol

Boil sugar, 1 pint water and 2 teaspoons vanilla for 30 minutes. Mix 1/4 cup hot water and instant coffee, then add to above. Cool. Then add alcohol. Store in brown or green bottles.
