MARINATED PORK ROAST | |
1 (4-5 lb.) pork loin 1/4 c. vegetable oil 2 tbsp. molasses 1 tbsp. ginger 2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. garlic juice 1/2 c. soy sauce Mix. Marinate roast in marinade overnight in ziplock bag. Keep refrigerated. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours, basting occasionally, wrapped in foil. |
