CHICKEN POT PIE | |
4 (5 oz.) cans chunk white chicken 1 pouch Lipton onion Cup-a-soup (lots-a-noodles chicken flavor) 1 pouch Lipton Cup-a-soup (cream of chicken) 3 c. water 16 oz. pkg. mixed frozen vegetables 3 tbsp. butter Salt & pepper to taste Allow all this to simmer 15 to 20 minutes while you make your biscuits (Pioneer Baking Mix is good). Pour chicken and vegetable mixture into large oblong casserole dish. Place cut out biscuits on top. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. |
