CHEROKEE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
3/4 c. onion
1/4 tbsp. oregano, garlic powder and ground thyme
1/2 tbsp. salt
2 cans canned tomato sauce, soup or juice (choice of any two)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Minute rice
Monterey Jack cheese
Green olives

Brown hamburger and onions. Add rest of ingredients except cheese and olives. Cook and stir 5 minutes over low heat. Spoon into casserole. Top with cheese and olives. Bake until cheese melts at 350 degrees, approximately 20 minutes.
