CHEROKEE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. oil
3/4 c. onion
6 stuffed olives
3 slices cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. Minute rice
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/2 bay leaf
1/8 tsp. oregano
2 c. tomatoes

Brown meat and onion, add remaining ingredients. Simmer 5 minutes. Top with cheese slices and cut olives. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
