PACIFIC LIME MOLD 
1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime flavored gelatin
9 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. creamy cottage cheese
1 tsp. horseradish
1/2 c. mayonnaise (substitute heavy cream, whipped)
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve gelatin in the boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved and no crystals remain.

Drain pineapple, add juice to water mixture and chill in refrigerator until slightly thickened. Remove. Beat gelatin until frothy and fold in the remaining ingredients. Return to the refrigerator and chill until set.
