OLD FASHION CORN SOUP 
4 lbs. salt meat or hocks
1 1/2 gal. cold water
1 c. chopped onion
1 bell pepper, chopped
4 carrots, diced
4 red Irish potatoes, diced
1 c. whole kernel corn
1 c. cream corn
3 or 4 oz. spaghetti
1 c. tomato paste
6 corn on cob

Put meat and water in large pot. Boil until tender. Add onion, bell pepper, carrots and potatoes. Add spaghetti and tomato paste. Stir well. Add about 4 to 6 ears of corn. Bring to boil 10 minutes or until all ingredients are tender.
