APPLE BANANA NUT BREAD 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chopped, peeled apples
1 c. ripe bananas, mashed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl cream oil and sugar. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream and vanilla. Add eggs beating one at a time to sour cream and vanilla. Add egg mixture to sugar and oil. Mix well. Sift together dry ingredients and add fruit and nuts. Mix well. Pour into well greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool in pan 10 to 15 minutes.
