APPLE HONEY - NUT BREAD | |
2 c. grated apples, tightly packed 4 eggs 2 c. white sugar 1 c. vegetable oil 2 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. honey 1 tbsp. apple cider 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 c. coconut 3 c. all-purpose flour Beat eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, honey and cider until well mixed. Add dry ingredients and mix on low speed. Stir in apples, nuts and coconut. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour or until done. |
