PORTUGUESE POTATOES | |
8-10 med. potatoes, boiled in skins 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 sm. jar pimentos 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted 2 slices bread, cubed 2 tbsp. parsley 1 tsp. garlic Boil potatoes in jackets; cube. Put in large casserole dish. Cube cheese and sprinkle over potatoes. Add other ingredients and cover with cubed bread pieces. Melt butter and pour over casserole. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. |
