SWEDISH SUGAR COOKIE 
1 c. sugar
1 c. sugar confectioners'
1 c. butter
1 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Cream the sugars, eggs, butter and oil. Add dry ingredients and vanilla. Chill and roll in balls, flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
