SUGARLESS FRUIT BARS 
1/2 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped prunes
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Boil dates, raisins, and prunes in water for 5 minutes. Add butter and cool. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in a 7 x 11 inch greased pan for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
