SPINACH SOUR CREAM | |
1 pkg. frozen spinach 1 tbsp. chopped onion 2 eggs 1/2 c. sour cream 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. butter Cook spinach as directed on package. Drain. Beat eggs. Add onion, sour cream, flour, melted butter and pepper and salt. Mix with spinach and cook in a casserole. Put Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 6. |
