CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI BREAD 
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. sugar
3 c. grated zucchini, well drained
2 (2 oz.) sqs. unsweetened chocolate, melted
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Beat eggs, oil and sugar. Stir in zucchini and cooled melted chocolate. Mix well. Stir together flour, salt, baking powder, soda, and cinnamon. Add to zucchini mixture stirring just enough to blend. Add nuts. Bake in either a greased and floured tube pan or two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
