PINEAPPLE ORANGE SUNSHINE CAKE 
Cake:

1 box yellow cake mix
1/4 cup applesauce
4 eggs
1 cup (11 oz) mandarin oranges in light syrup
1 container whipped topping
1 pkg (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
1 cup (15 1/2 oz) crushed pineapple with juice

Combine top 4 ingredients to make cake. Stir by hand for 2 minutes.

Bake at 350°F oven in 13 X 9 inch pan for 30 minutes.

Frosting:

1 container whipped topping
1 pkg (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
1 up (15 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice

Mix last 3 ingredients. Spread over cake. Keep refrigerated.
