COUNTRY JELLY 
3 or 4 lg. beets
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry or raspberry Jello
1 pkg. Sure-Jell
4 c. sugar

Boil beets until tender, strain in large kettle. Add 3 cups beet juice, 1 package Jello and 1 package Sure-Jell. Heat to boiling; add 4 cups cane sugar. Boil rapidly for 5 minutes. Makes 1 1/2 pints.
