STUFFED CABBAGE 
1 lb. chopped meat
1 c. rice
1 med. onion
1 can tomato sauce
5 lg. cabbage leaves
1 tbsp. oil
Grated Romano cheese

Brown chopped meat in sauteed onions. Cook rice in salted water. Boil cabbage leaves until tender. Mix meat, rice, and half of the tomato sauce together. Place in the center of the leaf and sprinkle with cheese. Fold over and brush the top with some of the remaining tomato sauce. Dissolve some sauce in water and pour into baking pan. Set the stuffed leaves in the pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
