STUFFED CABBAGE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 head cabbage
2 lg. cans tomato sauce
1 med. onion
Garlic powder
Parsley flakes
Salt and pepper
2 eggs

Cook rice until done. Boil cabbage in water in saucepan, approximately 15-20 minutes. Dice onion.

In large bowl, mix meat, half of the rice, onion, eggs and spices to taste. Separate cabbage leaves. Roll meat mixture into cabbage leaves. Put 1 can tomato sauce in large pan, add stuffed cabbage, cover with 1 can tomato sauce, sprinkle spices on top.

Simmer for 1 hour. Spoon cabbage rolls out, add remaining rice to tomato sauce. Serve cabbage rolls with rice mixture on top. Yield: 4-6 servings.
