MOM'S CARAMEL CORN 
1 c. butter, melted
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
6 qts. popped corn

Melt butter, stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Stir and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat and add vanilla and soda. Pour over corn in a large pan and bake 1 hour at 250 degrees, stirring every 15 minutes.
