BROCCOLI & CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 bunches broccoli
2-3 chicken breasts
1/2 lb. mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter

SAUCE:cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder

TOPPING:

Bread crumbs
Shredded cheese

Cook chicken breast. Cool and shred. Cook broccoli and drain very well. Saute mushrooms in 2 tablespoons butter.

Mix ingredients for sauce. Make layers of sauce, chicken, broccoli and mushrooms. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Put topping on casserole and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
