PECAN PIE 
3 tbsp. butter
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. dark corn syrup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. pecan halves
1 (9 inch) baked pastry shell in glass pie plate

1. Place butter in medium glass mixing bowl.

2. Microwave for about 1 minute on roast or until melted. Stir in remaining ingredients, except baked pastry shell. Mix well. Pour filling into shell.

3. Microwave for 20 to 25 minutes on simmer, or until almost set in center. Let cool and set before serving. 1 (9 inch) pie.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
