BLACK BOTTOM CUPCAKES | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 egg 1/3 c. sugar 1/8 tsp. salt 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 1/2 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. cocoa 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. water 1 1/3 c. oil 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tbsp. vinegar Mix first four ingredients; add chocolate chips; set aside. In separate bowl mix next nine ingredients. Using paper lined muffin tin fill 1/3 full with cake mixture. Add 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture to each muffin cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle with finely chopped nuts. |
