MEATLOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. ground lean pork
1 sm. bottle ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 bottle chili sauce
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
2 c. cracker crumbs
1 med. onion, chopped fine

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Baste every 15 minutes over scored meatloaf with sauce. Pour remaining sauce over meatloaf at the end.

SAUCE:

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. mustard

Mix in bowl well. Baste. Bake 350 degrees 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
