MARY'S CREAMY CHOCOLATE MINT PIE | |
1 graham crust 1 pkg. instant sugar free chocolate pudding 1 pkg. instant sugar free vanilla pudding 2 c. milk, divided 1 c. sour cream 1 c. Cool Whip 1/8 tsp. peppermint extract Green food coloring Mix chocolate pudding mix with 1 cup milk; fold in 1 cup sour cream. Pour in prepared pie shell. Refrigerate while you continue. Mix vanilla pudding with 1 cup milk, 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract and a drop of green food coloring. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour on top of chocolate pudding and refrigerate. Garnish with more Cool Whip and shaved chocolate. |
