SKILLET PORK CHOP SUPPER | |
4 pork chops, about 3/4" thick 1 can condensed tomato soup 1/2 c. water 4 sm. carrots 6-8 peeled whole or 3 med. quartered potatoes 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. salt & caraway seed Brown chops in large skillet. Pour off drippings. Stir in soup, water, potatoes, carrots, Worcestershire, salt and caraway seed. Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until chops are tender. Serves 4. |
