CREAM OF TUNA

2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt (if desired)

Combine:

1/2 c. water
1/2 c. Pet milk
1 (6 oz.) can tuna, crumbled

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour, salt.
