TUNA CREAM SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. stuffed olives, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. onion, grated
1 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. celery, diced
3 eggs, hard-boiled
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, water pack

Mix Jello with boiling water. Let set slightly. Whip cream and fold in mayonnaise. Fold into Jello. Fold rest of ingredients into Jello - cream mixture. A 7 ounce can of shrimp may be used instead of tuna.
