CREAMED TUNA OR RICE 
3 c. rice, cooked
2 cans chunk style tuna
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. flour
Salt
Pepper
Paprika

Cook rice according to directions. While cooking, prepare sauce as follows.

SAUCE:

Melt butter in top of double boiler; add flour, salt, pepper and paprika, stirring until blended and smooth. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Blend in tuna and serve on rice.
