TASTY PORK CHOP DINNER 
4 loin chops
1 c. rice
4 slices onion
3 c. beef bouillon
Few threads saffron
1/2 tsp. salt
Green pepper rings
1 tomato, sliced

Brown chops in a skillet. Put rice in a 2 quart casserole. Lay chops on rice; top with onion. Mix bouillon, saffron and salt; pour over chops. Cover an d bake in a moderate oven, 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top each chop with green pepper and tomato. Bake an additional 15 minutes or until chops are tender. Serves 4.
