GLAZED CHICKEN 
3 lb. chicken wings or chicken parts
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2-3/4 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. dry mustard or 1 heaping tsp. regular mustard
1/2 c. water

Lay chicken in baking pan. Heat rest of ingredients in saucepan until sugar is dissolved. Let cool and pour over chicken. Turn several times during baking. This will form a glaze over meat. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.
