EGGS COUNTRY CLUB STYLE 
4 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. celery salt
4 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1 c. diced cooked ham
1 c. buttered bread crumbs

Melt butter and add flour. Blend and add milk and cook until a creamy sauce forms. Add salt, pepper, celery salt, eggs and ham. Pour into buttered baking dish. Cover with bread crumbs and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. 2 tablespoons green pepper or onion (chopped) may be added.
