FROZEN PEACH SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. orange gelatin
3 c. fresh peaches, crushed
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 sm. bottle maraschino cherries, quartered
2 c. sour cream
1 c. frozen whipped topping

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water; chill until partially set. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl; stir in gelatin. Pour into paper liners in muffin cups; freeze.

Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Peel liners from salad. Serve on lettuce beds.
