1 3/4 lb. dates
1 lb. English walnuts
1 lb. Brazil nuts
1/2 lb. red candied cherries
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar

Mix all of the above ingredients. Pour into loaf pan and bake in 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Wrap in towel saturated with wine and let stand.
