CORN BREAD CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 lb. kernel corn
1 lb. cream corn
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Mix all ingredients together. Put in a greased 13 1/2" x 9 1/2" x 2" roasting pan. Bake 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
