1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. sugar (optional)

Grease bottom and sides of loaf pan. Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
