PRAWNS PICANTE 
1 lb. lg. prawns
Juice from 1 lime
1 yellow onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
Red pepper flakes, to taste
Cilantro
Plain yogurt
Steamed rice (basamti)

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until tender. Add prawns, lime juice, red pepper flakes and quickly saute until pink. Serve over rice, garnish with cilantro and yogurt on the side.
